By using Cosmopolite app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Terms of Service may be updated in the future. Cosmopolite will notify you of any changes to the Terms of Service by posting the new Terms of Service at this URL (http://cosmopoliteapp.com/termsofservice.html).
Cosmopolite mobile app is subscription based. To continue using the app after initial 14 day trial period, you are required to purchase monthly or annual subscription through iTunes or Google Play app store.
The app subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period if subscription is not cancelled.
Payments for subscription will be processed through the app store from which you originally downloaded the application. Subscription cancellation must be managed through the relevant app store's subscription management interface.
Refunds for subscription purchases will be processed through the app store from which you originally downloaded
the application. They are subject to the relevant app store's policies on refunds.
