Purchases

Auto-renewable subscriptions

Cosmopolite mobile app is subscription based. To continue using the app after initial 14 day trial period, you are required to purchase monthly or annual subscription through iTunes or Google Play app store.

The app subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period if subscription is not cancelled.

Payments for subscription will be processed through the app store from which you originally downloaded the application. Subscription cancellation must be managed through the relevant app store's subscription management interface.

Refunds for subscription purchases will be processed through the app store from which you originally downloaded the application. They are subject to the relevant app store's policies on refunds.

WE PROVIDE THE SERVICE AND PRODUCTS ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YOU AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT USER'S SOLE RISK. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, COMPLETENESS, INFORMATIONAL CONTENT, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM USE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ACCESS AND USE OF THE SERVICE MAY BE UNAVAILABLE DURING PERIODS OF PEAK DEMAND, SYSTEM UPGRADES, MALFUNCTIONS OR SCHEDULED OR UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE OR FOR OTHER REASONS.
